1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017.

2. The Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017 (

S.I. No. 246 of 2017

) is amended by the substitution of the following Article for Article 3

“3.Subject to Article 4, the 9th day of June 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Act of 2017, other than section 80, shall come into operation.”.
