1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2016 (Part 5 and section 36(d)) (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 1st day of June 2017 is appointed as the day on which Part 5 and

section 36

(d) of the

Road Traffic Act 2016

(No. 21 of 2016) come into operation.
