1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2010 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 1st day of June 2017 is fixed as the day on which Part 3 of the

Road Traffic Act 2010

(No. 25 of 2010) comes into operation.
