1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2017.
2. The following sections of the
Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004
(No. 31 of 2004) shall come into operation on 11 January 2017

) section 46;
(
c
) section 47;
(
d
) section 48;
(
e
) section 50;
(
f
) section 51;
(
g
) section 52;
(
h
) section 53.
