1. This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2017.
2. The 4th day of May 2017 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016
(No. 9 of 2016) come into operation
(

) section 1;
(
b
) section 2;
(
c
) section 3;
(
d
) section 6;
(
e
) paragraphs (
c
), (
d
) and (
e
) of section 7; and
(
f
) section 8.
