1. This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2016 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2017.
2. The 28th day of April 2017 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Energy Act 2016
(No. 12 of 2016) come into operation
(
a
) section 3;
(
b
) section 4;
(
c
) sections 5 and 6;
(
d
) sections 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17;
(
e
) sections 20, 21 and 22;
(
f
) section 23.
