1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Housing Assessments (Summary) Regulations 2013 (Revocation) Regulations 2017.

2. The Social Housing Assessments (Summary) Regulations 2013 (

S.I. No. 26 of 2013

) are revoked.

S.I. No. 26 of 2013

which prescribed the form to be used by housing authorities in preparing summaries of social housing assessments in accordance with

section 21

of the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009

.
