S.I. No. 666/2016 - International Protection Act 2015 (Places of Detention) Regulations 2016.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the International Protection Act 2015 (Places of Detention) Regulations 2016.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 31 December 2016.

2. Each place specified in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule is a place prescribed for the purposes of

section 20

of the

International Protection Act 2015

(No. 66 of 2015).
