1. This Order may be cited as the Teaching Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 4th day of February 2016 is appointed as the day on which

sections 1

and

of the

Teaching Council (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 31 of 2015) shall come into operation.
