S.I. No. 579/2016 - Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed Form and Fee) Regulations 2016.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed Form and Fee) Regulations 2016,

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 30 November 2016.

2. In these Regulations “Act” means

Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011

(No. 2 of 2011).

3. The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 30 (1) of the Act.

4. The amount of €300 is prescribed as the fee payable for the purposes of section 30 (2) of the Act.

5. The Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed form and fee) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 (

S.I. No. 468 of 2011

) are revoked.
