1. This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2016 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2016.

2. The 7th day of October 2016 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Energy Act 2016

(No. 12 of 2016) come into operation

) sections 1 and 2;

(

b

) sections 11 and 18;

(

c

) Part 7;

(

d

) sections 27 and 28;

(

e

) Part 9.
