1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of October 2016 is appointed as the day on which the

Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016

(No. 1 of 2016), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
