S.I. No. 499/2016 - Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 381 of 2012

) are amended-

(

a

) in Regulation 2—

(i) in paragraph (1), by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of “levy period”

“ ‘levy period’ means the period commencing on 1 October 2016 and ending on 30 September 2017.”, and

(ii) in paragraph (3), by the substitution of “30 June 2016” for “30 June 2015”,

(

) in Regulation 3(1), by the substitution of “1 October 2016” for “1 October 2015”, and

(

c

) in Regulation 4(1), by the substitution of “28 February 2017” for “29 February 2016”.
