1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Identification of Equidae) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016.

2. The European Union (Identification of Equidae) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No. 62 of 2016

) (as amended by the European Union (Identification of Equidae) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 141 of 2016

)) are amended by substituting for Regulation 1(1) the following—

“1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Identification of Equidae) Regulations 2016.”.

3. The European Union (Identification of Equidae) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 141 of 2016

) are revoked.
