1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 149(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The Schedule to the

Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015

(Section 149(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No.372 of 2015

) is amended by inserting, after the item secondly set out in it, the following

“3. The Bailiwick of Jersey.”.
