S.I. No. 43/2016 - Companies Act 2014 (section 1313) Regulations 2016.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (section 1313) Regulations 2016.

2. In these Regulations—

“Act of 2014” means the

Companies Act 2014

(No. 38 of 2014).

3. The following provision of the

Companies Act 2014

is added, but only in respect of a body referred to in section 1312 of the Act that is a traded body within the meaning of subsection (5) and (6) of that section, to the list of provisions specified in Schedule 14 to the Act of 2014

) Section 1120.
