1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (European Market Infrastructure)(Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The European Union (European Markets Infrastructure) Regulations 2014 (

S.I. No. 443 of 2014

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) in the definition of “prescribed contravention” by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (
