S.I. No. 41/2016 - Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2016.

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st of February 2016 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013

(No. 50 of 2013) shall come into operation

(i) section 19

(ii) sub sections (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) of section 28

(iii) section 30
