1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2016.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Health conferred on him by or under—

(

) Part 2, and

(

b

) section 32,

of the

Disability Act 2005

(No. 14 of 2005) are delegated to Finian McGrath, Minister of State at the Department of Health.
