1. This Order may be cited as the Justice and Equality (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2016.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Justice and Equality conferred on her by—

(

) sections 1(3C), 2(5), 2A(2), 2B, 2D(4), 4, 5, 6A(3), 9(1D), 11(5), 12A, 13, 15(2), 16, 17, 18 and 20 of,

and

(

b

) paragraphs 6, 7, 8(1) and 9 of the Second Schedule to,

the

Data Protection Act 1988

(No. 25 of 1988) are delegated to Dara Murphy, Minister of State at the Department of Justice and Equality.
