S.I. No. 375/2016 - European Union (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The European Union (Cereal Seed) Regulations 2013 (

S.I. No. 217 of 2013

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting the definition of “Directive” for the following-

These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2015/1955 of 29 October 2015 which amends Annexes I and II to Council Directive 66/402/EEC on the marketing of cereal seed.
