S.I. No. 37/2016 - Statistics (Monthly Services Inquiry) Order 2016.

1. Information, regarding the following, as it relates to the undertaking concerned, and specifying the monthly period to which the information relates

(

a

) the type of services provided;

(

b

) the total turnover.

2. Information on the time taken by the undertaking concerned to complete the questionnaire, form or other record prepared by the Director General for the collection of the information referred to in paragraph 1.

3. This Order applies to an undertaking that is classified for statistical purposes under division 45 or 46 or section H, I, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R or S of NACE Rev. 2 set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 1893/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 20063.

4. A requirement on undertakings to which this Order applies—

(

a

) subject to subparagraph (

b

), to provide, for the purposes of the inquiry, information the general nature of which is specified in the Schedule, in relation to each month in the period from February 2014 to January 2019, and

(

b

) to provide the information referred to in subparagraph (

a

)—

(i) subject to clause (ii), monthly in the period from March 2016 to February 2019 in relation to the preceding month, and

(ii) in the case of information relating to each month in the period from February 2014 to January 2016, not later than 1 month after a direction under

section 26

of the

Statistics Act 1993

(No. 21 of 1993) is given, pursuant to this requirement, to an undertaking to which this Order applies,

is prescribed for the purposes of

section 25

of the

Statistics Act 1993

.
