S.I. No. 362/2016 - Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2016.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2016.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2016.

2. A public servant in Cork County Council, in a position of Divisional Manager, is prescribed as a designated public official for the purposes of

section 6

(1)(

f

) of the

Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015

(No. 5 of 2015).
