S.I. No. 34/2016 - Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016.

1. This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 29th day of January 2016 is appointed as the day on which the

Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 60 of 2015), other than sections 3, 4, 5, 13 and 14, shall come into operation.
