1. These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Credit Act 1995 (Section 2) Regulations 2016.

Section 2

(1) of the

Consumer Credit Act 1995

is amended by the deletion from the list of such persons prescribed pursuant to paragraph (

e

) of the definition of “credit institution” in the

Consumer Credit Act 1995

of the following

“Woodchester Finance Limited”

3. Regulation 2 of the

Consumer Credit Act 1995

(Section 2)(No. 2) Regulations 1996 (

S.I. No. 369 of 1996

) is amended by deleting “Woodchester Finance Limited”.
