S.I. No. 311/2016 - Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2016.

1. (1) These Rules may be cited as the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2016.

(2) These Rules shall be construed as one with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) Rules 2014 (

S.I. No. 378 of 2014

) and the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2015 (

S.I. No. 238 of 2015

) and may be cited together with those Rules as the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) Rules 2014 to 2016.

2. These Rules shall come into operation on 24 June 2016.

3. Paragraph 35 of the Schedule to the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) Rules 2014 is amended by substituting “€3,000.00” for “€2,750.00” in Column 3.

These Rules amend the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) Rules 2014 (

S.I. No. 378 of 2014

) to change the fee payable under Rule 16(3) of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Education and Training) Rules 2008 (

S.I. No. 493 of 2008

) in connection with an application to undertake the in-service practical training programme.

These Rules may be cited as the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2016.
