S.I. No. 305/2016 - European Communities (Importation of Animals and Animal Products from Third Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Importation of Animals and Animal Products from Third Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The European Communities (Importation of Animals and Animal Products from Third Countries) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 255 of 1994) are amended by the insertion, after Regulation 6, of—

“7.(1) An authorised officer may require the production of the original certificate relating to an animal or animal product to which these Regulations relate and may take up and retain the certificate.”.
