These Regulations prescribe the form to be used by housing authorities to prepare summaries of social housing assessments in accordance with

section 21

of the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009

.

3. The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of the preparation by a housing authority of a summary of social housing assessments carried out in its administrative area in accordance with section 21 of the Act of 2009.
