S.I. No. 27/2016 - Control on Animal Vaccines (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control on Animal Vaccines (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The Control on Animal Vaccines Regulations 2014 (

S.I. No. 193 of 2014

) (as amended by the Control on Animal Vaccines (Amendment) Regulations 2014) (

S.I. No. 590 of 2014

)) are amended in Part 1 of the Second Schedule by deleting the following—

“Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) Type 2”

3. The Control on Animal Vaccines (Amendment) Regulations 2014 are revoked.
