S.I. No. 253/2016 - Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2016.

1. This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of June 2016 is appointed as the day on which the

Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 60 of 2015) shall, insofar as it is not already in operation, come into operation.
