S.I. No. 236/2016 - Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016.

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016.

2. The Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015 are amended by substituting, in the second column of the fourth row of the table in Schedule 8, “Section 25(9) in so far as it relates to section 25(4) of the Principal Act” for “Section 25(9) in so far as it relates to section 25(3) of the Principal Act”.

The purpose of the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016 is to amend Schedule 8 of the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015, consequent to the amendments to be made to the

Taxi Regulation Act 2013

by the

Public Transport Act 2016

, by substituting reference “25(3)” with “25(4)” in row 4, column 2 of the Table at Schedule 8 of the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015.
