S.I. No. 234/2016 - European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The European Communities (Financial Collateral Arrangements) Regulations 2010 (

S.I. No. 626 of 2010

) (as amended by Regulation 191 of the European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No. 289 of 2015

)) are amended by inserting after Regulation 19 the following

“Relationship with law giving effect to the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive

19A. Nothing in these Regulations affects the application of the European Union (Bank Recovery and Resolution) Regulations 2015 (

SI No 289 of 2015

).”.
