1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.
2. The 29th day of April 2016 is appointed as the day on which the
Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016
(No. 4 of 2016) comes into operation.
