1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Burglary of Dwellings) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 17th day of January 2016 is appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Burglary of Dwellings) Act 2015

(No. 56 of 2015) shall come into operation.
