1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2016.

2. The 21st day of March 2016 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the

Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015

(No. 59 of 2015).
