S.I. No. 84/2015 - Water Services Act 2013 (Prescribed Persons) Order 2015.

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2013 (Prescribed Persons) Order 2015.

2. In this Order—

“the Act” means “the

Water Services Act 2013

”

“An Approved Housing Body” means “a body approved under

Section 6

of the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1992

”.

3. The following shall be a relevant person for the purposes of section 26 (5) of the Act—

(

)“An Post”

(

b

)“An Approved Housing Body”.
