These Regulations prescribe the form of certificates under

sections 162

of the

Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence and DNA Database System) Act 2014

.

4. The form set out in Schedule 2 is prescribed as the form of a certificate under section 169 of the Act of 2014.

Schedule 1

Section 162 certificate for the purpose of evidence in relation to an authorisation given by a member of the Garda Síochána in relation to the taking of samples under Part 2 of the Act, other than section 11.
