S.I. No. 514/2015 - Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2015.

1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No.2) Order 2015.

2. The 20th day of November 2015 is fixed as the day on which the

Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 32 of 2015), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
