1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authorities) Order 2015.

2. The bodies specified in the Schedule are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (

j

) of the definition of “State authority” in

section 31

(1) of the

National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014
