S.I. No. 473/2015 - Housing Assistance Payment (Section 50) (No. 3) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Assistance Payment (Section 50) (No. 3) Regulations 2015.

2. Part 4 of the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014

(No. 21 of 2014) shall be applied in respect of all classes of qualified households—

(

a

) with effect from 2 November 2015, by Kildare County Council and Meath County Council; and

(

b

) with effect from 16 November 2015, by Galway County Council, Mayo County Council and Sligo County Council.

Continuing the phased introduction of the Housing Assistance Payment scheme under the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014

, these Regulations provide that Part 4 of that Act will be applied in respect of all classes of qualified household by—

(

) Kildare County Council and Meath County Council, from 2 November 2015; and

(

b

) Galway County Council, Mayo County Council and Sligo County Council, from 16 November 2015.
