S.I. No. 468/2015 - European Communities (Spirits Drinks) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Spirits Drinks)(Amendment) Regulations 2015.

2. The European Communities (Spirits Drinks) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No. 316 of 2015

) are amended in Regulation 1 by substituting for paragraph (2) the following-

“(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 29 January 2016.”.
