S.I. No. 446/2015 - Local Government (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2015.

2. The Dental Council, the Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees and the Association of Irish Local Government are prescribed, under

section 115

(2)(

a

) of the

Local Government Act 2001

, as bodies that shall be audited by a local government auditor in accordance with the provisions of that Act.

The Minister for Health consents to the foregoing Regulations.
