S.I. No. 421/2015 - Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

2. The Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 381 of 2012

) (as amended by the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2014 (

S.I. No. 446 of 2014

)) are amended—

(

a

) in Regulation 2—

(i) in paragraph (1), by substituting for the definition of “levy period” the following

“ ‘levy period’ means the period commencing on 1 October 2015 and ending on 30 September 2016.”,

(ii) by deleting paragraph (2), and

(iii) in paragraph (3), by substituting “30 June 2015” for “30 June 2014”,

(

b

) in Regulation 3(1), by substituting “1 October 2015” for “1 October 2014”,

(

c

) in Regulation 4(1), by substituting “29 February 2016” for “28 February 2015”, and

(

d

) in the Schedule by deleting the rows at reference numbers 1 to 4.
