S.I. No. 414/2015 - Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

2. The 29th day of September 2015 is fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 32 of 2015) shall come into operation

(

a

) sections 1 to 3;

(

b

) section 6;

(

c

) section 12;

(

d

) section 16;

(

e

) sections 23 to 27.
