1. Information regarding the following, as it relates to the undertaking concerned
(
a
) business activity;
(
b
) continuing vocational training strategies;
(
c
) the types and modes of continuing vocational training;
(
d
) the subjects covered by continuing vocational training;
(
e
) the providers of continuing vocational training;
(
f
) the number of participants in continuing vocational training;
(
g
) the amount of paid working time spent on continuing vocational training;
(
h
) the costs and benefits of continuing vocational training;
(i) the quality and outcomes of, and difficulties with, continuing vocational training;
(
j
) the reasons for non-provision of continuing vocational training;
(
k
) initial vocational training.
2. Information on the time taken by the undertaking concerned to complete the questionnaire, form or other record prepared by the Director General for the collection of the information referred to in paragraph 1.

3. This Order applies to an undertaking that—
(
a
) employs 10 or more persons, and
(
b
) is classified for statistical purposes under section B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, R or S of NACE Rev. 2, as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 1893/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006

4. A requirement on undertakings to which this Order applies to provide, once only and for the purposes of the survey, information, in relation to the year 2015, the general nature of which is specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of
section 25
of the
Statistics Act 1993
(No. 21 of 1993).
