S.I. No. 307/2015 - Valuation Act 2001 (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulations 2015.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulations 2015.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 20 July 2015.

2. The fee payable by a party requiring the Tribunal to state and sign a case for the opinion of the High Court under

section 39

(2) of the

Valuation Act 2001

shall be €380.

3. The Valuation (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulation 1988 (

S.I. No. 331 of 1988

) is revoked.
