S.I. No. 305/2015 - Animal Health and Welfare (Bovine Movement) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare (Bovine Movement) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015.

2. The Animal Health and Welfare (Bovine Movement) Regulations 2014 (

S.I. No. 521 of 2014

) are amended by substituting for Regulations 8 and 9 (inserted by the Animal Health and Welfare (Bovine Movement) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No. 119 of 2015

)) the following

“8.The keeper of an animal shall comply with Article 7 (as amended by Regulation (EU) No 653/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014

) of Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 July 2000

3. The Animal Health and Welfare (Bovine Movement) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (

S.I. No. 119 of 2015

) are revoked.
