1. This Order may be cited as the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1987 (Commencement of Certain Repeals) Order 2015.

2. The day fixed as the day on which

section 26

of the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1987

(No. 17 of 1987), in so far as it repeals

section 21

of the

National Monuments Act 1930

(No. 2 of 1930) and

section 15

of the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1954

(No. 37 of 1954), comes into operation is 1 June 2015.
