S.I. No. 199/2015 - Housing Assistance Payment (Section 50) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Assistance Payment (Section 50) Regulations 2015.

2. Part 4 of the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014

(No. 21 of 2014) shall be applied by Donegal County Council from 25 May 2015 in respect of all classes of qualified households.

For the purpose of facilitating the phased introduction of the new Housing Assistance Payment scheme under the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014

, these Regulations provide that Part 4 of the Act will be applied by Donegal County Council from 25 May 2015 in respect of all classes of qualified household.
