S.I. No. 149/2015 - Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2015.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2015.

2. The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of

section 28

(1) of the

Student Support Act 2011

(No. 4 of 2011)

(

a

) the Central Applications Office (Universities and Other Education Institutions);

(

b

) the Child and Family Agency;

(

c

) Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora.

3. The Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013 (

S.I. No. 157 of 2013

) are revoked.
